Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread
If you have a gluten allergy or are sensitive to gluten and frustrated with store-bought bread options, this may be for you. The gluten-free sourdough bread is made with gluten-free ingredients, either using a millet or brown rice sourdough starter. The bread has a soft and moist open crumb.
Note: There is a lot of wheat in my kitchen, so I can’t guarantee there is no gluten at all present, but for all those with gluten-sensitivity (not celiac) this is a great option.
