
Whole Wheat 55 Sourdough
55% whole wheat flour makes this a less dense and lighter loaf with nice light and moist texture. A mix of bread spices (fennel, anise, and coriander) give this bread a light aroma bringing out lighter flavors and a fresh taste.
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Sourdough (Whole Wheat, Water), Salt, Anise, Fennel, Coriander.
