Rye Sourdough
With 33% of whole rye flour in this bread, this is more of a multi-grain bread, but given it a nice rye flavor. For all those who don’t care for caraway, this rye bread omits it, but has a nice aroma thanks to fennel, anise, and coriander.
Ingredients: Whole Rye Sourdough (Whole Rye, Water), Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Whole Rye Flour, Salt, Anise, Fennel, Coriander.
