4th of July is almost here and with it BBQs, gatherings and travel. I hope everyone has something nice planned with friends, family and good food.
I also have some plans that include travel, bread research, eating and relaxing. As a result, I won’t be baking the weekend of July 8 but am excited to share my July baking schedule and what I have planned for the month. Each week will have exciting bread options and new recipes.
This week: I am offering an all new gluten-free option, the Onion Walnut Millet. It is nicely aromatic, thanks to the onions, just mixing the ingredients and smelling the dough makes me hungry! The flavor is rich and savory and can stand on its own, just butter or a mild cheese are great accompaniments.
