
Dark Beer Rye Sourdough
This is a bread for rye lovers. It not only includes 57% whole rye flour, bread spices that include caraway (ground and seeds on top), but also dark beer to feed the sourdough starter, giving it a rich and deep flavor and a nice moist crumb.
Ingredients: Whole Rye Sourdough (Whole Rye, Dark Beer (Water, Barley Malt, Non-malted Cereals, Hops)), Whole Rye Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat flour, Salt, Caraway, Anise.
