Bulgur Wheat

A lighter loaf but still plenty of flavor from whole grains. 35% whole wheat and bulgur wheat are paired with a whole rye sourdough starter (7% rye). A mix of bread spices (fennel, anise, and coriander) brightening the slight earthy flavors of the rye starter.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Whole Rye Sourdough (Whole Rye, Water), Bulgur, Salt, Anise, Fennel, Coriander.
